4. Orders and Payment

• Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

• You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch your goods or confirm availability.

• Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched. Accepted payment methods are indicated at checkout.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders if stock is unavailable, if a pricing error has occurred, or if we are unable to verify payment.

5. Delivery

• We deliver within Zimbabwe. Delivery charges and estimated timeframes are provided at checkout.

• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect goods upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours.

• For large or fragile items such as bathtubs and shower cubicles, delivery arrangements may be confirmed separately by our team.

6. Returns and Refunds

• If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@edenvine.co.zw.

• Returns are accepted for defective or incorrectly supplied goods. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

• We do not accept returns for items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery through no fault of ours.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method where possible.

• Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Edenvine (Pvt) Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
